Based in Chennai, India, the Senior HR Executive, APAC will provide comprehensive HR support to employees, managers and HR stakeholders across multiple countries in the APAC region. This regional role supports the employee lifecycle and the consistent delivery of core HR services, including payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, compensation, employee relations, benefits, compliance, leave management, performance management, HR reporting and analytics, and general HR administration.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across countries, cultures and time zones to deliver timely, accurate and professional HR support. The role requires sound judgement, strong attention to detail and a practical, service-oriented approach to applying regional processes while recognizing local employment requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and respond to employee inquiries relating to regional HR policies, processes and employment matters in a timely and professional manner.
Process new hire information,



employee status changes and other HR transactions in HRIS and internal systems, ensuring employee data and records are accurate and up to date.
Prepare and provide HR reports, analytics and employee data to HR leadership and management as required.
Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparation of current hire documentation, coordination with relevant stakeholders and updating HR systems.
Support the offboarding process, including exit documentation, exit interviews, final payroll inputs and HRIS updates.
Support the onboarding and offboarding of Independent Contractors, where applicable.
Under the guidance of the HR leader, support managers in handling employee relations matters, including appropriate processes, documentation and resolution of employee issues.
