This is a senior commercial and strategic role focused on accelerating growth across insight-led client relationships.
You will help major brands identify current opportunities across Brand, Shopper, Innovation, Customer Experience, and Futures.
The role combines consultative thinking, commercial ownership, and a strong understanding of how organizations use insight to make better decisions.
You will grow existing accounts by introducing new solutions, expanding programmes across markets and categories, and creating new opportunities for value.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, shaping conversations and positioning insight solutions as strategic business tools rather than standalone services.
From opportunity identification through proposals, pitches, and expansion, you will play a central role in creating commercial momentum.

Accountabilities:
Grow and expand existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for additional solutions, consultancy support, new builds, and activation programmes.
Turn successful initial engagements into larger, multi-market and multi-category programmes with clear opportunities for continued growth.
Build trusted strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders and position insight capabilities as an integral part of their decision-making and growth strategies.
Understand client challenges across Brand, Shopper, Innovation, Customer Experience, and Futures and connect them with relevant insight approaches.
Own commercial proposals and pitches, translating client needs into compelling, commercially robust solutions while addressing potential risks and objections
