What would you do? • The Learning Admin -Analyst is responsible for end to end learning administration and scheduling support for Learning and Development programs. The role ensures accurate coordination of training schedules, LMS administration,



resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. • This position acts as a subject matter expert in learning operations, supporting smooth delivery of learning programs while maintaining compliance, quality, and data accuracy. • "Must be open to Australian shift timings: • (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
What are we looking for? • "• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, or Learning Operations. • Prior experience in a shared services, L&D;, HR operations, or service delivery environment preferred. • Exposure to LMS platforms SuccessFactors & ClearXP is mandatory. • Exposure of working with Australian client in Retail sector. • • Bachelors degree (B.A or B.Com or B.Sc or B.Tech or equivalent).
