What would you do? • The Associate Manager THR supports end-to-end delivery of Talent & HR services for assigned client accounts, ensuring day-to-day operational stability, SLA adherence,



and high-quality service delivery across in-scope THR towers (Employee Services, Payroll admin,Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, Data & Reporting, and enabling HR operations). • The role works under the guidance of a Service Delivery Manager or Senior Manager and is accountable for managing defined process areas, teams, and client interactions within a global delivery model. • Skills Required • HR or THR operations and service delivery management • SLA or KPI tracking and operational governance • Team supervision and performance management • Client interaction and issue management • Key accountability includes managing daily operations, monitoring performance, handling escalations, supporting service governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. • Additional Requirement - Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
