Summary:
We are looking for an experienced People Partner with experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Partner roles to work closely with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role will serve as a strategic HR advisor across employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and change management, while fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.




Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and priorities.
Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, people matters, organizational effectiveness, and workplace concerns.
Drive talent management initiatives including talent development, succession planning, career development, and retention of key talent.
Partner with managers on performance management, goal setting, continuous feedback, performance improvement, and building a high-performance culture.
Support organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that promote an inclusive, collaborative, and positive employee experience.
