The Product Management Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop current markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position. You will apply analytical thinking and leverage data analysis tools and methodologies to drive data-driven analysis and control-related business projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers
• Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate,



and remove obstacles to achieve business results
• Serve as a representative for the Controls Automation development team on control-related business projects, focusing on the development and execution of data-driven analysis.
• Develop and automate control reports utilizing a range of tools including SAS, SQL, Enterprise Data Warehouse, BigData, EAP, and shell scripting.
• Support the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Control programs, policies, and practices for USCC Controls Automation.
• Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
