We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own hiring end to end across two very different worlds: technology roles (MERN, React Native, QA Automation, .NET, Python) and non-tech roles (Marketing and Business Development). You will not sit behind a job board waiting for applications — you will hunt, build talent pipelines, and represent the Codebase brand in Pune's tech community, including attending and organizing developer meetups.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with high visibility. You will work directly with our Technical Managers, Sales leadership, and the founders.
Key Responsibilities:

IT / Technology Hiring




Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles — MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), React Native, Full-Stack, QA Automation (Java + Selenium, Playwright, Mobile), .NET, and Python.
Build and refine Boolean search strings on Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche communities to source passive candidates.
Run first-level technical screening — assess project depth, tech stack fit, and communication before scheduling technical rounds.
Coordinate technical interview panels with internal Technical Managers and external Interview-as-a-Service (IaaS) partners; keep turnaround tight.
Maintain a live pipeline dashboard: sourced, screened, in-process, offered, joined — with drop-off reasons.
Non-Tech Hiring (Marketing & Business Development)
Own hiring for Marketing (B2B, demand generation, content) and Business Development / IT Services Sales roles, including senior mandates.
