This role is responsible for administering and continuously improving a Salesforce environment that serves as a core system of record for sales and service operations.
You will manage Salesforce CRM and CPQ configuration while translating business needs into effective, scalable solutions.
The position combines platform administration, data quality, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and user enablement.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT stakeholders in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Your analysis and recommendations will directly contribute to more efficient processes and better-quality business data.
The role also offers the opportunity to enhance the platform through new Salesforce capabilities and carefully selected third-party tools.

Accountabilities:
Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations for sales and service teams.
Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ capabilities, including product rules, pricing, quoting, discounting, and related sales processes.
Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permissions, objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, process automation, reports, and dashboards.
Establish and optimize assignment rules, escalation rules, auto-response rules, queues, formulas, and other platform configurations in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into tailored Salesforce solutions.
Discover, analyze, and organize data from internal sources to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and business insights.
