Accountabilities
Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related generative AI technologies.
Build conversational experiences capable of answering user questions, automating tasks, and executing business workflows.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
Develop, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-enabled business processes to improve operational efficiency.
Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, orchestration logic, and other components required for effective agent experiences.
Apply appropriate governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
