Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced PMC Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects from the Client/PMC side.

The candidate will act as the Client's representative and overall project delivery lead, providing independent oversight and management of the project across time, cost, quality, safety, contracts, procurement, design coordination and construction.

The position is suitable for candidates with experience in major residential, commercial, hospital, hotel, institutional or mixed-use developments in Bangalore or similar major markets.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the Client's objectives, approved budget, programme, design intent, quality standards and contractual requirements.

The candidate must be capable of managing large contractors and multiple consultants and should have sufficient technical, commercial and contractual knowledge to challenge,



guide and control contractor performance on behalf of the Client.
