You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with robust architecture, data, integration, security, and cloud knowledge. The role offers significant ownership over technical strategy, solution design, delivery outcomes, and long-term platform evolution. You will work with geographically distributed teams and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions. A key focus will be modernizing platforms, reducing technical debt, consolidating Salesforce environments, and enabling scalable digital capabilities. Accountabilities:
Lead the technical design and architecture of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related enterprise platforms.
Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, architecture documentation, workflow designs, and implementation strategies.
Drive Salesforce architecture best practices across sharing and visibility, data architecture, integration architecture, security, scalability, and platform performance.
Own and improve the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including Salesforce DX, source control, configuration management, release management, and continuous delivery practices.
Lead technical debt reduction, Salesforce org consolidation, large-scale data migration, and integration initiatives involving middleware and ETL technologies.
