nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven experience in handling international markets, particularly USA, Europe, and other global regions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and relationship management in overseas markets.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international markets (USA, Europe, etc.)n
- Manage the complete sales cycle– lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closuren
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clientsn
- Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentationsn
- Achieve revenue targets and growth objectives consistentlyn
- Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth project handovern




- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client requirementsn
- Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and virtual demosn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience as a BDE / Sales / Business Development skilledn
- Strong exposure to international sales and global clientsn
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsn
- Proven track record of closing high-value international dealsn
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reportingn
- Ability to work independently and drive resultsn
- Strong understanding of IT services / software solutions (as applicable)n
