nResponsible for the end-to-end management of Cognex’s European vehicle fleet (~200 vehicles across 18+ countries) , combining hands-on operations with ownership of cost, suppliers, policy, and performance. The role ensures the fleet is managed efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively, with strong financial control.
n Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full vehicle lifecycle (order → delivery → in-life management → return), including orders, renewals, returns, inspections, and damage handlingn
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and fleet suppliers , managing all queries and issuesn
- Maintain accurate fleet records, contracts, and vehicle data , ensuring alignment with financial and payroll systemsn
- Manage relationships with leasing and rental providers (e.g. ALD Automotive, Arval), ensuring delivery in line with agreed terms and service levelsn
- Own the review, validation, and approval of all fleet supplier invoices , ensuring:n

n-Accuracy against contracted rates
n-Correct application of lease, damage,



and service charges
n-Proper coding to cost centres and GL accounts

- Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing and paymentn
- Maintain and reconcile fleet cost data (leases, damages, usage), supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost trackingn
- Identify cost trends and drive cost control and savings initiatives n
- Own and maintain the European Fleet Policy , ensuring compliance and alignment with business needsn
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting on fleet cost, usage, and performance across countriesn
