Principal / 10+ years • Bengaluru, Karnataka India (On-site)

Experience: 10+ years in BIM, with at least 4 years focused on quality assurance for large modeling programs

/n

What you'll do:

/n

● Own the project Quality Plan — define QC checklists, tolerances and review cadence for LOD 300–400 deliverables.

/n

● Lead the QC Lead and QC Checker team across all disciplines; run rolling QC (not just end-of-project checks).

/n

● Own model federation and clash detection sign-off before client issue.

/n

● Audit AIM/asset data for completeness and consistency against the agreed schema.

/n

● Report quality KPIs (rework rate, clash counts, deviation from point cloud) to the Project Manager weekly.

/n

What we're looking for:

/n

● Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field.

/n

● Deep hands-on experience auditing Revit models against point cloud data and LOD standards.

/n

● Familiarity with ISO 19650 quality/validation requirements and Navisworks clash workflows.

/n

● Detail-oriented with robust documentation habits.

/n

Software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Auto CAD Software, Recap Pro, Solibri (a plus)
