- We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and highly motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team.
/n
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, solving business challenges, and creating recent business opportunities.

- During the first one-month, selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program covering staffing, business development, sales methodologies, and market intelligence.
/n
- Based on performance, aptitude, and business requirements, candidates will be aligned to either the India or UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, market research,



and other business intelligence tools.
/n
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
/n
- Build and nurture relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and business leaders.
/n
- Execute outbound outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
/n
- Understand client hiring challenges and position staffing and workforce solutions accordingly.
/n
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
/n
- Track industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
/n
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
/n
- Consistently achieve activity and business development targets.
