n✅ Excellent network with Architects (Mandatory)
n✅ Good connections with Builders, Developers & Fabricators
n✅ Experience in specification selling and business development
n✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

n Key Responsibilities:

n✔️ Generate current business opportunities through Project Sales
n✔️ Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers & Fabricators
n✔️ Drive product specifications with architects and consultants
n✔️ Track projects from specification to order closure
n✔️ Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory
