Job Description Role Summary

NWe are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth coordination across internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, proficient in MS Office, and comfortable managing routine operational tasks independently.

- Execute daily backend operational activities as per defined SOPs. N
- Maintain and update operational trackers, databases, and internal systems. N
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of operational data. N
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support business requirements. N
- Assist with documentation, audit readiness, and compliance-related activities. N




- Drive process efficiency through adherence to established workflows and controls. N

n Required Skills

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in Backend Operations, Operations Support, or Administration. N
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Office tools . N
- High attention to detail with a robust process-oriented mindset. N
- Ability to manage routine operational tasks independently and accurately. N
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. N
- Comfortable working from the Mahape office location on a regular basis. N
