NThe Technical Program Manager will oversee and coordinate complex technical projects combining full-stack software development and AI assistant integrations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions by managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.
NKey Responsibilities:
N* Lead end-to-end programmanagement of full-stack development projects involving frontend, backend, and AI assistant components.
N* Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.
N* Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple teams.
N* Drive integration and deployment of AI assistant technologies (chatbots, NLP, automation) to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
N* Facilitate cross-team communication with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and business leaders.
N* Monitor program metricsand deliver regular status updates to senior leadership.
N* Ensure technical quality, adherence to best development practices, and continuous improvement.
