15CA-CB filing for Foreign Remittance:- • Collating relevant data and forming opining on withholding tax on foreign remittances. • Calculation of TDS on foreign Payment. • Ensuring compliance with various provisions of income tax relating to foreign remittances - providing data & obtaining relevant certificates (Form 15CB) from a chartered accountant and generating necessary form (Form 15CA) to be submitted to the banker on all foreign remittances. • Ensuring proper documentation of forms 15CA-CB and detail on the basis of which tax position is taken. TDS Return Preparation and Filing:- • Compiling data regarding non-salary related data from SAP. • Verification of TDS amount from SAP generated report and Form 15CA & 15CB • E-Payment of TDS to government treasury after appropriate approvals • Quarterly TDS return filing on online portal • Filing revised/correction TDS return online • Issuance of relevant TDS certificate
