Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Windchill PLM Project Manager who can take ownership of complex PLM transformation programs and drive successful delivery across implementation, migration, upgrades, process transformation, and enterprise collaboration.
nResponsibilities

- Lead the complete Windchill project lifecycle — deployment, migration, upgrades, and deliveryn
- Manage Windchill PDMLink & ProjectLink environments and collaboration/access-control requirementsn
- Enable secure information sharing across engineering teams, business functions, and supply-chain partners while protecting IPn
- Plan and allocate technical resources including Developers, Administrators, and Business/Functional Analystsn
- Track project milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery marginsn
- Drive workflow, Change Management, and BOM processes aligned with engineering and manufacturing requirementsn
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project deliveryn




- Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolutionn

- Strong hands-on Windchill PLM Project Management experiencen
- Experience managing Windchill implementation / migration / upgrade projectsn
- Good understanding of PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, Workflows & BOM Managementn
- Solid stakeholder, vendor, resource, budget, and delivery management skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple teams and drive projects from initiation to go-live and hypercaren
- Strong understanding of Engineering & Manufacturing PLM processesn
