We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Industrial Product, HVAC and fans manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, industrial fans, Refrigeration, Electric Motors, pumps, engineering components, OEM sales, energy effective products, and related products, along with a proven track record of developing and executing sales

strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. The Head of Sales & Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, lead the marketing team, and drive customer acquisition and retention across various markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Minimum 20 years of experience in sales and marketing,



with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Industrial Product, HVAC, fans or related industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development & Execution :

• Lead the development of short- and long-term sales strategies for ensuring alignmenforth the company’s overall business goals.

• Identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.

• Develop pricing strategies that align with market demands and company profitability goals.

/n

• Oversee key account management, ensuring exceptional service and relationship building with major clients.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning :

• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote, focusing on brand development and market positioning.

• Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies, including content marketing,
