Job Profile
- _Project Creation in SAP system. _
- _Project documents collections from different stakeholders for new Projects_
- _Project planning - (Revenue & Cost) release for allocations._
- _Commercial request completion from Accounts & Legal(Contract Creation /PO Upload/Milestone/CRPO)_
- _Handling Time log queries for resources_
- _Monthly Invoicing completion with help of PM/EM/DM/AE & Unbilled declarations for non-availability of PO projects._
- _Expenses Billing & License sale billing responsibility._
- _Monitoring all SBU projects month end activity - billing & Unbilled declarations. _
- _Invoice cancellations & Credit & Debit note. _
- _Invoice tracking for FP projects on monthly/weekly basis._
- _Help in Audit reports to Opps._
- _Exposure in Accounts Receivables._
- _Good knowledge of excel_
