nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO). This is a strategic role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive key HR initiatives, and contribute to the success of a agile and growing organization.
nThe ideal candidate will be skilled in executive coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement, and managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

nKey Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief People Officer.n
- Manage the CPO‘s calendar, meetings, travel, and day-to-day priorities.n
- Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and ensure timely execution and follow-ups.n
- Prepare executive presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and business updates.n
- Track action items,



monitor project progress, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.n
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.n
- Support strategic initiatives and ensure smooth coordination across teams.n

nQualifications
n
- n
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.n
- MBA is preferred.n
- 5–12 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.n

- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.n
