nWe are seeking a skilled Senior Architect to manage projects from design to execution. The candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, site coordination, and team handling, with the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.

- Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and presentationsn
- Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawingsn
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholdersn
- Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to design and qualityn
- Manage project timelines and resolve in office technical issuesn
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and verify contractor billingn
- Lead and coordinate with design and site teamsn
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and project updatesn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshopn
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and detailingn
- Experience in site execution, BOQ preparation, and cost estimationn
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)n
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilitiesn

nEducation & Experience
n
- n
- B.Arch. degreen
- 3–4 years of relevant experiencen
- Ability to handle projects independently from concept to completionn
