nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking a driven and well-networked Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across the INDIA markets. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you will own the full cycle of partner and client acquisition — from identifying and onboarding Introducing Brokers and affiliates to growing our retail customer base and driving targeted deposit volumes. You will be the face of EC Markets in one of the world‘s most dynamic financial hubs.

nResponsibilities

- n
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates across the INDIA regionn
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of retail clients, converting leads into active, funded trading accountsn
- Drive targeted deposit growth by developing tailored acquisition strategies for both IBs and direct retail customersn
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with partners,
ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and retentionn
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking forums (e.g. Money EXPO) to represent EC Markets and expand the partner networkn
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create localized campaigns, promotional materials, and partner incentive programsn
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends across the INDIA region, providing actionable insights to leadershipn
- Track and report on KPIs including recent IBs onboarded, active client accounts, deposit volumes, and revenue generatedn
- Work closely with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and regulation-compliant partner experiencen

nQualifications

- n
- 3–7 years of business development or sales experience within Forex/CFD brokerage or fintechn
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing IB/affiliate networks in the INDIA marketn
