n Your Mission
n
- n
- Identify, target, and acquire recent clients requiring IT staffing and talent solutionsn
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accountsn
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing services (Contract, C2H, Permanent)n
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillmentn
- Own end-to-end sales cycles — from cold outreach to signed contractsn
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CTOs, Procurement)n




- Drive revenue targets and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and market trendsn

n✅ Who We‘re Looking For
n
- n
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Salesn
- Must-have: Prior experience selling IT staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutionsn
- Proven track record of closing deals with IT companies, GCCs, or tech startupsn
- Strong network within the Hyderabad tech ecosystem is a big plusn
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsn
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountabilityn

- Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or HTD staffing modelsn
