n Job Summary
nWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Manager – Vendor Partnerships to lead vendor acquisition and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, vendor management, or inside sales, with a robust ability to identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard vendors while maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

n Key Responsibilities
n Vendor Acquisition & Business Development

- Identify and connect with potential vendors through LinkedIn, trade directories, marketplaces, and other sourcing channels.n
- Present the company's value proposition effectively to decision-makers.n
- Conduct discovery calls to evaluate vendor readiness, business potential, and commercial viability.n




- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and activation.n
- Drive consistent outbound efforts through calls, emails, and follow-ups to maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline.n
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets.n

n Vendor Onboarding & Collaboration

- n
- Coordinate with pricing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless vendor integration.n
- Maintain vendor documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.n
- Minimize onboarding friction and deliver a smooth vendor experience.n

n Performance Management & Reporting
n
- n
- Track vendor acquisition metrics using CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.n
- Monitor pipeline performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.n
- Contribute to strategic vendor sourcing and process improvements.n

n Required Qualifications
