nJob Summary
n
nWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our rubber balls and tennis balls manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, shop floor management, quality, productivity, manpower utilization, and continuous process improvement while ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
nPlan and execute daily production schedules.
n
nManage rubber compounding, molding, vulcanization, trimming, finishing, and packing operations.
n
nEnsure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
n
nImprove productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize machine downtime.
n
nLead production supervisors, engineers, and operators across shifts.
n
nCoordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase,



and Stores departments.
n
nImplement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
n
nMonitor production KPIs such as OEE, rejection, productivity, and cost.
nCandidate Profile
n
nBE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Rubber Technology, or a related discipline.
n
n8–15 years of experience in rubber products manufacturing.
n
nExperience in rubber balls, tennis balls, molded rubber products, or sports goods manufacturing is preferred.
n
nStrong knowledge of rubber compounding, molding, vulcanization, and production planning.
n
nGood leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
n
nKnowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is preferred.
