nWe are looking for an experienced and creative Design Manager to lead and manage our interior design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, team handling experience, and the ability to manage client expectations while delivering high-quality residential projects.

n Location: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar

n Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of interior designersn
- Oversee end-to-end residential design projectsn
- Ensure timely project delivery with high design standardsn
- Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutionsn
- Review layouts, drawings, and design conceptsn
- Coordinate with sales, execution, and project teamsn




- Mentor and guide designers to improve performance and productivityn

n Requirements:

- n
- Prior experience as a Design Manager / Team Lead in Interior Designn
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and space planningn
- Manage NPS & Customer Escalationn
- Experience handling residential interior projectsn
- Excellent client handling and team management skillsn
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentn
