Job Summary:

/n

Responsible for managing banking operations, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliations, asset capitalization, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records and effective internal controls.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

• Manage day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.

/n

• Coordinate with banks for account operations, loans, bank guarantees, and other banking activities.

/n

• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure timely asset capitalization.

/n

• Record asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CWIP accounting.

/n

• Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets.

/n

• Prepare journal entries, MIS reports, and support monthly/year-end financial closing.

/n

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and internal financial controls.

/n

• Support statutory, internal,



and tax audits by providing required documentation.

/n

Qualifications

/n

• B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.

/n

• 3–5 years of experience in Banking Operations and Fixed Asset Management.

/n

• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure preferred.

/n
