Job Purpose
To lead and coordinate the Interfaith Leaders Program by building and strengthening strategic relationships with faith and interfaith leaders at the state, national, and global levels. The National Coordinator will drive meaningful dialogues, partnerships, campaigns, and initiatives that leverage the influence of faith leaders to raise awareness, mobilise communities, and contribute to the prevention and eradication of child marriage and other forms of exploitation of children.
The role will be responsible for effective program planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation, coordination, content development, and monitoring of initiatives in alignment with the organisation’s objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Interfaith Leader Engagement & Relationship Management
Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with prominent faith leaders, interfaith networks, religious institutions,



and community influencers.
Engage faith leaders at state, national, and global levels to build support for child protection and child marriage prevention initiatives.
Facilitate meaningful dialogue and collaboration among leaders from diverse faith communities.
Identify opportunities to leverage faith-based networks and platforms for awareness, advocacy, and community mobilisation.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with key stakeholders to sustain engagement.
B. Program Strategy & Planning
Develop and support the implementation of strategies for the Interfaith Leaders Program in alignment with organisational goals.
Plan and coordinate interfaith leader dialogues, campaigns, workshops, consultations, conferences, and other program initiatives.
Identify emerging opportunities and areas of intervention where faith leaders can contribute to preventing child marriage.
