nYou run a city or sub-regional cluster of Operations — multiple Senior Managers, 12–20 active
nprojects, ₹40–60 Cr portfolio. You build the operating system that keeps it from collapsing under its
nown weight.

nWHAT YOU WILL OWN
n▪ Cluster delivery — full P&L;, schedule, quality, and client outcomes for your geography
n▪ Senior Manager development — build the layer below you; identify and grow next-level leaders
n▪ Capacity planning — anticipate site, PM, SPM, and vendor needs two to three quarters ahead of demand
n▪ Vendor ecosystem — strategic partnerships at city level; rate cards; master service agreements
n▪ Top-account ownership — the top 3–5 clients in your geography are your direct accountability
n▪ Cross-functional alignment — work shoulder-to-shoulder with city leads in Design, Sales, Procurement, and
nFinance
n▪ Process and system build — codify what works; push back what does not; help build the Operations
nplaybook
n▪ Talent pipeline — active in senior hiring; build a city-level bench at PM, SPM,



and Sr Manager layers

nMust-Haves
n▪ 8+ years in commercial fit-out or adjacent industries (VERSATILE)
n▪ Has led a team of 30+ across multiple layers — PMs, SPMs, Sr Managers

n▪ Demonstrated process build — has codified an Operations playbook somewhere before
n▪ Senior client management at CXO level

n▪ High-judgement decision-making — pattern recognition across many projects
