nEssential and Critical Skills:

- 2+ years of experience/ knowledge in any of the technologies(#Java, #cprogramming , #AWS/ #C++, #Python, #Azure, #RDBMSn
- Experience with developing Web-based Training modulesn
- Experience with developing Instructor-Led Training materialsn
- Effective oral and written communication skillsn




- Must be well versed with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)n
- Experience in developing primarily non-technical training courses (Technical knowledge is ann
- advantage)n
- Experience in developing storyboards, audio-scripts, projects, and other study materials.n
- Experience in working with different teams, cultures, and industries.n
- Ability to innovate ideas and participate in trainings programsn
- Good understanding learner-centric, performance-based instructional theories and adultn
- learning principles and their implementation thereofn
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguousn
