n✅ 1.6 to 4 Years(no 1yr experince profile)

n? Up to ₹5.58 LPA (Including ₹18,000 Variable Pay)

n? Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree Mandatory)

n? Required Skills
n✔️ Minimum 1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
n✔️ Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process)
n✔️ Solid expertise in Denial Management
n✔️ Experience in handling Insurance Follow-ups and Denied Claims
n✔️ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Insurance
n✔️ Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT,



ICD-10 & HCPCS is preferred
n✔️ Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
n✔️ Ability to achieve productivity and quality targets
n? Key Responsibilities
n? Follow up with insurance companies on denied medical claims
n? Analyze denial reasons and initiate corrective actions
n? Process appeals, reconsiderations, corrected claims & resubmissions
n? Maximize reimbursements through timely claim resolution
n? Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system
n? Coordinate with Coding, Billing & Payment Posting teams
n? Meet productivity, quality, TAT and SLA targets
