Role Description

We're Hiring: Vice President – Sales | MJ Global

/n

Location: Noida Sector 59

/n

CTC: ₹30–40 LPA (based on experience & profile) + Target-linked incentives

/n

Experience: 15–20 years in B2B institutional sales

/n

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

A commercially astute sales leader who can:

/n

✅ Manage & grow existing key accounts — scaling revenue through volume share expansion & current SKUs

/n

✅ Develop new business across Pharma, Electronics, Footwear,



Textiles, FMCG, QSR, Alco-Bev, E-Commerce, Q-Commerce & Retail

/n

✅ Lead the Sales & CRM team — both domestic & international clients

/n

✅ Partner cross-functionally with costing, NPD, supply chain, operations, production & quality teams

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Maintain & grow key account relationships through regular HO/plant visits across India
/n
- Influence C-suite, procurement & plant-level stakeholders
/n
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
/n
- Build & lead a 5–10 member CRM team (back-end execution) and a 10–15 member new business development team
/n
- Own AR/debtor management, credit terms, and the full client cycle from vendor registration to payment
/n
- Define sales policy, incentive structures & KPIs
/n
- Provide input on pricing, product competitiveness & market trends
/n
- Align sales commitments with manufacturing capacity, forecasts & compliance (BRC, FSSC, I
