Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recovery process for 2 wheeler and pre-owned car loans in the assigned territory
- Monitor and track delinquent accounts and take necessary actions to recover outstanding amounts
- Conduct field visits to customers' homes and workplaces to negotiate and collect payments




- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial situation and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, risk, and collections to ensure timely and effective recovery
- Prepare and submit reports on recovery activities and progress to the management team
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to debt management and recovery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt management and recovery, preferably in the retail banking sector
- Knowledge of 2 wheeler and pre-owned car loan products and processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
