This isn‘t a conventional travel sales role. You‘ll manage the complete customer journey—from the first enquiry to post-trip follow-up—ensuring every client receives a seamless and memorable experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.

* Generate new business and build long-term client relationships.

/n

* Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets through consultative selling.

/n

* Design customised itineraries with curated hotels, experiences and logistics.

/n

* Present proposals, negotiate and close bookings.

/n

* Coordinate hotels, transfers, activities, visas, documentation and vendor confirmations.

/n

* Ensure flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

/n

* Handle changes,



special requests and on-trip support.

* Drive repeat business, referrals and upselling opportunities.

* Track revenue, margins, conversions and overall business performance.
