Role Description Student Volunteers – Delhi will support the planning and implementation of Youth United Festival activities, including event setup, participant registration, crowd guidance, and information support. Volunteers will assist organizing teams with logistics, coordinate with performers and speakers, and help manage schedules and materials.



Responsibilities may include social media support, basic promotions, and gathering feedback from attendees to improve future events. This is a full-time role during the festival period and preparatory phases. It is a hybrid role, with core activities taking place on-site in Chennai while certain planning, coordination, and communication tasks can be completed from home.
Qualifications

Interest in event management, youth activities, and community engagement, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities to interact respectfully with participants, partners, and team members.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, follow schedules, and meet commitments.
Basic digital literacy, including use of email, messaging tools, and social media platforms for coordination and outreach.
Ability to work in a team, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a profession
