TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - RETAIL SALES

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to
lead retail sales performance across the assigned territory. The successful
candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, expanding market
coverage, strengthening distributor and dealer relationships, and ensuring
consistent execution of the organization's commercial strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with regional revenue,
volume, product-mix, and profitability objectives.
* Manage distributor, dealer, retailer, and influencer relationships to improve
market penetration and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor primary and secondary sales, inventory movement, outstanding
payments, competitive activity, and local market trends.
* Identify high-potential markets and create focused plans for dealer
acquisition, activation, retention, and productivity.
* Conduct regular market visits, review merchandising standards, resolve
channel issues, and ensure timely execution of promotional programs.




* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service, and
technical teams to maintain product availability and deliver a reliable
customer experience.
* Prepare accurate forecasts, maintain sales reports, evaluate performance
against targets, and recommend corrective actions where required.
* Coach field sales representatives, establish transparent performance expectations,
and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related discipline;
a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in territory sales, channel sales, retail
distribution, or business development within a target-driven environment.
* Solid commercial judgment with the ability to interpret sales data, identify
opportunities, and translate insights into practical action plans.
