Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Ensure quality of Tractors through Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop & PTCED shop
- Understanding of basic assembly process, criticality in process & product.
- Valuable knowledge of sheet metal & plastic components.
- Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
- Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant
- Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
- Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.




- Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
- Exposure to Quality management systems
