Job Role - Senior data scientist, Senior ML engineer
Location: Riyadh
Duration : 1 + Year extendable
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 5 years in AI/ML roles with experience in hyper-personalization or recommender systems.
- Minimum 2 engagements in the banking or financial services domain.
- Experience in deploying ML models into production environments with measurable business impact.

Technical Skills
- Languages: Python, SQL, PySpark
- Tools & Platforms: Pandas, Scikit-learn, Vertex AI
- Data Engineering: Apache Spark, Cloudera, Big Query, Kafka, Airflow
- MLOps: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
- Feature Stores: Feast, Redis

The selected Candidates will be responsible for:




- Designing and implementing AI/ML models for hyper-personalized recommendations.
- Developing real-time and batch processing pipelines using customer behavior and transactional data.
- Conducting segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling to enable next-best-action logic.
- Integrating ML outputs with digital channels (mobile app,CRM).
- Collaborating with internal data, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Implementing A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous model retraining.
