Kickstart your career in WiFi Validation by testing cutting-edge IEEE 802.11 wireless technologies, analyzing network performance, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality connectivity solutions.

As a SVT Engineer, you will play a vital role in validating Wi-Fi software for cutting edge IOT devices. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams, including firmware developers, product managers, and test teams, to ensure that the Wi-Fi products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and interoperability across various environments.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Perform testing and validation of WiFi protocol features based on IEEE 802.11 standards
Execute manual and automated test cases for wireless networking products
Analyze WiFi packet captures using tools like Wireshark
Identify, log, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
Validate wireless features such as:
Authentication
Roaming
Throughput




Security protocols (WPA/WPA2/WPA3)
Power saving
Work closely with development and QA teams to reproduce and debug issues
Prepare test reports and maintain test documentation
Participate in interoperability and regression testing

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Bachelors or Masters from ECE or CS. Python knowledge is plus.
Candidate must have good communication skills with willingness to interact with various groups within the company.
