LEAD IAS Junior is looking for an enthusiastic and interactive Online Maths Teacher who can make learning engaging and concept-driven for school students.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling live online sessions and capable of creating an active classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive online Mathematics classes
Teach students from Grade 5 to Plus Two based on NCERT curriculum
Simplify concepts using examples, activities, and problem-solving approaches
Encourage student participation and engagement during sessions
Maintain a positive and supportive online learning atmosphere
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of online teaching experience
Strong knowledge of NCERT Mathematics (Class 5 – Plus Two)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct engaging and student-centred online sessions
Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools
Profeicency in Malayalam and English
Preferred Skills
Experience handling diverse student levels
Solid conceptual clarity and problem-solving approach
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
