Job Description

The QA Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of packaged drinking water as per FSSAI, BIS (IS 14543), and ISO 22000 standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS (IS 14543), and ISO 22000 requirements for packaged drinking water.

Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to maintain food safety standards.

Maintain and update all regulatory documents and licenses.

Quality Control & Testing

Oversee the microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of water.

Ensure raw materials, packaging materials,



and finished products meet quality standards.

Monitor parameters like TDS, pH, turbidity, residual chlorine, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contamination.

Production & Process Control

Monitor the RO (Reverse Osmosis), Ozonation, and Filtration processes for water treatment.

Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of the plant and equipment.

Implement and verify Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Valuable Hygiene Practices (GHP).

Documentation & Record-Keeping

Maintain batch records, production logs, and quality test reports.

Prepare CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports for deviations.

Ensure traceability of all materials and finished products.

Training & Continuous Improvement

Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.

Implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles in the plant.
