Mandatory Skills: Application Support L2, IIS, MS SQL & Monitoring Skills

Installation and configuration of Custom & Standard Software (e.g. SSMS, .NET, .NET Core)
Configuration of application interfaces
Installation and configuration of IIS Server
Configuration of HTTPS certificates in IIS
Experience with file transfer tools such as FTP, FileZilla
Troubleshooting using Windows Event Viewer, IIS Logs, Windows Security logs
Basic working knowledge of Active Directory
Monitoring tools and practices (basics)
Secondary Skills (Process, Tools & Soft Skills)
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform
Understanding of ITIL framework
Knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management processes
