To be successful as an "Enterprise Data and Governance Analyst", you should have experience with:

Post graduation degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or a related discipline /Masters.
Preparation of high-quality governance materials, including committee papers, briefing documents, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution.
Coordination, facilitation, and governance of senior management forums and committees, including agenda management, stakeholder engagement, action tracking, and decision documentation.
Demonstrated experience within Governance, Risk, Controls, Assurance, Compliance, or Operational Risk functions, with a solid understanding of risk management and control frameworks.
Management, tracking, monitoring,



and reporting of issues, actions, and remediation activities, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to governance requirements.
Production of Management Information (MI), dashboards, and executive reports to support oversight, performance monitoring, informed decision-making, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex and sensitive information to senior audiences.
Strong understanding of Data Governance requirements.
Prior experience working within controls, governance, risk, or assurance function.
Experience producing data visualization & management reporting to support governance and decision making.
Preparation of agenda, meeting papers, meeting minutes.
