The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering strong connections and meeting enrollment objectives. N Key Responsibilities: Nn Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals N .Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes N .Follow up on leads andconvert inquiries into admissions N .Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets N .Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission N .Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation N .Build and maintain solid relationships with potential learners N .Guide students throughfinancial aid, scholarships, and installment plans N .Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements Nn. n Education & Experience Nn Bachelor’s degreein any stream N .Excellent active listening and communication skill N Excellent interpersonaland mediation skill N
