N DTTC / PROMPTn Dysphagia & Feeding Management N Expressive & Receptive Language Intervention N Cognitive-CommunicationTherapy N Caregiver Trainingn Clinical Assessment & Documentation N Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration N Tamil & English Fluency NnKey Responsibilities Nn Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations for complex speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing/feeding disorders. N Evaluate and recommend advanced AAC solutions , including speech-generating devices and eye-gaze systems. N Assess language profiles and tailor interventions using appropriate communication approaches. N Develop, implement, andmonitor evidence-based IEPs/ITPs . N Provide specialized therapy for verbal/non-verbal communication, language, fluency, voice, oral-motor and swallowing needs. N Assess and manage Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) using evidence-based approaches such as DTTC and PROMPT. N Mentor Junior Speech Therapists and interns and conduct regular case reviews. N Collaborate with Pediatricians, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Special Educators. N Conduct caregiver training and home-program orientations. N Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and outcome measurements. N Contribute to clinical protocol development, curriculum development, and expansion of services at the Centre.
