Job Description Job Title: Country Manager – Spine & Orthopedics (India & UAE) N Location: Based in India | Market responsibility across India & UAE N Company: Medworks Medical Equipment LLC (Dubai) / NextGen Medworks India N n n About the Role: NMedworks is looking for an experienced Country Manager – Spine and Orthopedics to lead our Spine business across India and UAE, with a strong focus on advanced technologies including RF Plasma (Coablation), UBE (Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy), and other spine surgery platforms utilizing plasma probe technology. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the clinical and commercial side of spine surgery, and who can build a market from the ground up while developing a team to sustain long-term growth N Key Responsibilities Nn Lead and grow theSpine & Orthopedics business across India, with direct ownership of market development for RF Plasma, UBE, and related spine surgery technologies N Develop and establish the Spine market in UAE, building clinical relationships and commercial presence from the ground up N Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional sales and clinical support team N Manage and strengthen distributor relationships across North, West, and East India N Build and execute go-to-market strategy for spine technologies, including surgeon training, KOL development, and hospital onboarding N Drive revenue growth and market share across both territories. N Collaborate with globaltechnology partners on product positioning, pricing,



and training support Represent the company at key medical conferences, surgeon workshops, and industry events. Nn Key Skills & Competencies Nn Proven experience in Spine/Orthopedic medical device sales and market development, ideally with exposure to RF plasma, endoscopic spine (UBE), or related surgical technologies N Solid track record of building teams and managing distributor networks N Experience developing amarket in the UAE/GCC region is a strong plus N Excellent relationship-building skills with surgeons, hospitals, and distribution partners N Willingness to travel extensively across India and to UAE N Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Nn Requirements: Nn Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field and an added advantage of MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
