N Key Responsibilities: Nn Recruit and onboard channel partners. N Conduct HRMS product demos and training. N Support partners from lead generation to deal closure. N Build strong partner relationships and drive sales. N Track partner performance and sales pipeline. N Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding. N Organize partner engagement programs and webinars. Nn Required Skills: Nn Experience in B2B/Channel Sales or SaaS/HRMS sales. N Solid communication and negotiation skills.
